Here, There and Everywhere

Well, we have had a busy summer. From Ripley to Biloxi to Natchitoches, LA , Fox Web Company and Andy have been traveling around the South. It's all part of being "smarter", and it's been fun too.New_logo Being part of a project to re-brand a Mississippi Icon with our partners at HALO Business Advisors and Propeller Jackson has been a blast. The Taste Of Gourmet and Evelyn's Blog are really exciting projects and we are looking forward to seeing their catalog go to press today. I'll have a PDF for you to check out, I think you'll agree that it has been an incredible success, and that the finished product will make you hungry just like it does me.Trisha_photo_2  We've also had the great joy of having Trisha Switzer join the "Smarter Team" and we think you'll like her as much as we do. The happy voice on the other end of the phone is from Clinton, MS where she resides, with her husband Brad, and her pride and joy, Hayden, who is 8.

Our new alliance with HALO Business, has allowed me to work with companies in the thinking process behind the web site and marketing they do. This is something that I've been doing for years, but not actually making a profession of it. It ties directly in to our philosophy at Fox, where part of being smarter, is not spending every penny you can on marketing. Lean thinking, and measured results are all part of the constant strategy to revise and revisit strategy. In the web world of 2007, things change on a continuing basis. Yesterday I met with a client who has a web site that is only a year old, we had to recommend changes to some of the elements of the site -- the site that we did for them. The great thing about the web, is that the more you change the better it gets, it's a living breathing document -- called a web site -- not a printed brochure that is finished. Folks, we may be done with the initial design of your web site, but trust me, it's never "finished."

So, all of that to say, stick around, come back again, we'll probably update this thing every Friday at least, and show you more of what we are working on and offering some tips and tricks to get the most out of your web marketing.
